Each team is responsible for the following:
- Air or Sea Travel to St.Kitts
- Your Air/Sea port departure tax
- A non-refundable deposit of US$200
- Meals
- National Flag and Team banner
St.Kitts is responsible for the following:
· Ground Transportation
· Accommodation for 12 persons (only). Additional persons are the responsibility of the teams. Teams will be properly accomadated at a local hotel/guest house.
Requirements & Rules:
- Each team is permitted 12 players.
- Participants should be on island no later than Thursday 9th November at 2pm. Games begin on Thursday 9th at 6:30pm sharp.
- Participants would depart on Monday 13th November .
- The local association will not be responsible for the time spent by teams before November 9th and after November 12th .
- All payments must be made in full on or before arrival of team.
- Each island/team should bring their National Flag which will be mounted at the tournament venue and a team banner which will be mounted behind the bench of the respective teams
- We request that your team provide information, including photos of the team and the teams accomplishments , in order to highlight the various teams and players and properly promote the teams and the event.
- Please complete the attached form and return no later than Friday 27th October 2006.
